How to create a PayPal account which you can use in Nigeria
1. Go to PayPal.com/ae .
It will lead you to creating a Dubai PayPal account. We don't use UK and US because they might require some verification later on.
2. Google Search " restaurants in Dubai " to get their address and phone number. This is to cross the sign up step.
3. Sign up .
You can now receive funds with it. However, I met difficulties linking it to my Nigerian bank account. I didn't have any funds on my Payoneer and don't plan to. I have to sell the PayPal funds to people who need them in exchange for Naira.
If you still want to link it to your Payoneer account, then we can keep the tutorials for another day.
